Gerber EAB Thumb-Stud
Honestly wouldn’t use an EAB without it. The knife isn’t complete without a thumb stud like this. I got it in orange and it looks great. - Max

I love this little thumb stub! It can be tough to try to open the Gerber razor holder if my hands are the least bit wet. This allows me to hold the back and stub and snap it open. It also let's me open it by holding the stub and flipping it open by holding my pinkie under the belt clip. The icing on the cake is that spot of color making even a banged up tool look better. To be perfectly honest I bought this on a whim just in case it might actually work and Would keep me from having to hunt down a little screwdriver to change the blades. To my surprise, this little thumb stud worked very, very well. It Stays in place and makes changing a blade a breeze now. I highly recommend this if you have this little utility knife.
